Childress is in the heart of the Texas Rolling Plains making it a premier location. We are located 116 miles southeast of Amarillo, 139 miles northeast of Lubbock, and 108 miles northwest of Wichita Falls at the intersection of Highways 83 & 287.
The Arena
The indoor arena features Priefert exclusive equipment with a 240’ X 127’ dirt floor. Permanent seating for 1200. We offer laser accuracy technology for speed events as well as custom set ups to accommodate event needs. We keep you cool in the summer with our Big Ass Fans and warm in the winter with plenty of our infra-red heaters. WIFI internet connections in all buildings.
A 238’ X 130’ outdoor arena located just to the east of the event center is also available.

The Stalls
he event center has 76 covered horse stalls and require at least one bag of shavings. Shavings must be purchased through the event center. No outside shavings allowed. No overnight tie-outs. Stalls are $25 per night. Shavings are $8 a bag.

The Expo Center
Join us in 13,000 square ft. climate-controlled expo center located directly to the west of the arena. The expo center provides private restrooms, 9 flat screen televisions, commercial kitchen and a top notch sound system.
